I’m starting all over again because I totally let myself go and I absolutely hate myself for doing so. I’m so damn weak. I’ll do weekly morning weigh ins every Tuesday morning. I hope this time I can actually do it.
Morning weight: 97.8kg
(loss of 0.5kg)
For breakfast I had a bowl of coco pops, I know bad bad. For recess I had vanilla yogurt with fresh strawberries. For lunch I had a handful of ritz fat recduced crakers with a tropical juice. And for dinner I had a Greek soup with steamed chicken and carrot. I did give into a few temptations last week which I am hoping to improve on this week. Plus I hadly exercised last week because of the exessive rain but this week has cleared up so I’m determined to achieve better results! My goal is to lose 1.5kg by Monday morning.
